Hydrogen (H2 gas)
In the green energy transition scenario, Hydrogen is the most promising resource to generate green energy on large scale. An important growth is foreseen of projects for production, transportation and storage of hydrogen.
We have developed an R&D project to study how to convert its products from the utilization for natural gas service to H2 hydrogen gas. Studies and testing has been conducted on metallic materials and seals, to understand the behaviour with hydrogen. Then a dedicated design of the products have been developed, suitable for the different molecular size of the gas.
