Comprehensive after-sales service with a team of experts always ready to support our customers throughout the entire life cycle of our equipment, from installation and maintenance to training and repair.

Service Team

Our service team is composed by specialized engineers, duly trained to perform installation, maintenance, reparation, maintenance and other activities on our full range of production. They have many years of field experience around the world, assuring to our customers the best after sales support. In case of any issue, our customers can contact our headquarter or local service centers, and we will timely send our operators on the field.

Wellheads

We have regional service centers placed in the areas of main operations, to support locally our customers. Our local workshops are equipped with inspection and cleaning areas, assemble/dismantle areas, pressure testing stations and warehouses, in order to perform activities on our Wellheads. Main operations performed on our products are supervision of site activities, refurbishment, reparation, surveillance and general maintenance.    

Wellhead Installation

One of the main activities of our service team is the supervision of the installation, testing, and commissioning of wellhead equipment in the field during drilling of the wells, for granting to our customers the maximum safety and efficienty. All our personnel are service oriented and have necessary experience to manage challenging moments that may happen during the drilling phases.

Valve Maintenance & Greasing

We can regionally provide a routine maintenance program that minimize the production down-time. Our service team is equipped with necessary tools to perform maintenance activity on valves after a visual inspection, including periodic functional testing, maintenance databases, pressure testing of valves and lubrication & sealant injection.

Packaged Systems Commissioning

The service team has dedicated personnel to support our customers during the installation and commissioning phases of our package systems, including HIPPS and skids for both onshore and offshore application. Specialized operators.for these products works closely with our Project Engineer and Project Manager, following all the steps of construction and testing in our workshop, to be able to give necessary support on the field.

Training

We organize free training courses on all our products, to teach our customer’s personnel to correctly handle the equipment during its life-cycle. Training course can be held in our headquarters or local service centers by our service engineers, or even at customer premises if preferable.
