We offer design, engineering, manufacturing and testing of packaged systems, all tailor-made to meet specific client requirements.
We manufacture mainly packaged systems where the valves are the core of the systems, so that we can give competitive advantages. Our products are delivered as one ready-for-use unit and can be rapidly installed on job site.

Main Manufacturing Advantages of Breda packaged systems:
- Single point of contact and single responsibility for full system;
- Integrated design and engineering of all the components (valves, actuators, piping and structure), which is in the hands of one engineering team only and not split on several sub-suppliers, in an EPC mode with dedicated Project Manager. This results in a complete and centralized knowledge of specification by manufacturer, not several sub-suppliers who know only their part;
- Single interface with sub-suppliers, which allows more flexibility in handling partial unforeseen and delays;
- Manufacturing of various skids components (valves, actuators, structures, etc. ) in parallel on several production lines and in different locations;
- Reduction of time required for fabricating the complete assemblies, due to above reasons;
- Final assembling is made in Porto Marghera, in a yard with direct access to the Mediterranean sea, which allows easy loading on ship for transportation.
Subsea Isolation Valve (SSIV)
Safety barrier designed to close in case of activation of the emergency shutdown (ESD) system, in order to protect the platform from the unintended release of fluids.
Pipeline End Manifold (PLEM) / Pipeline End Terminal (PLET)
Equipment package with ROV operated valves, lifting and support structures, mudmats and piping components, to create a line tie-in point on a pipeline.
In-Line Tee (ilt)
Equipment package with ROV operated valves, lifting and support structures, mudmats and piping components, to create a line tie-in point on a pipeline.
Hot tapping system
System to establish a connection to existing piping without interrupting or emptying that section of pipe, with hot tapping ball valve ROV operated.
