Manufacturing and testing

We have a 27.000 sqm workshop in Milan, Italy, fully equipped to grant the control of each step of the manufacturing process.

In the machining department there are high quality CNC machining centers, turning lathes, shaping/milling machines and welding machine, operated by our skilled personnel, in order to give the highest quality on each component in accordance with engineering drawings.

Quality control team is in charge of the inspection of raw materials and finite components, according to international standards. Also equipment and stations for the execution of NDE are available in the workshop. All our NDE operators are at least level II certified in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9712:2012 international directive.

Assembling step is performed in-house in a dedicated area of the workshop by our experienced personnel. Moreover, we have several stations for testing, including hydrostatic test, high and low pressure gas test, validation test (including API 6A PR2F), Fugitive Emission test, high and low temperature test, fire test, torque test, endurance test.
